Nilay İlayda Maral, born on July 19, 1991, completed her high school education at İzmir Bornova Anatolian High School before choosing Manisa Celal Bayar University Faculty of Medicine. After successfully completing medical school, she fulfilled her compulsory service as the Chief Physician of the Emergency Department at Manisa Saruhanlı State Hospital.

Subsequently, she served at İzmir Kemalpaşa State Hospital as the Chief Physician responsible for the primary care intensive care unit, a physician in the pandemic service, and the physician in charge of home healthcare services. Due to her strong interest in the field of medical aesthetics, she decided to continue her career in this area. She received various training in medical aesthetics.

She holds a Mesotherapy certificate from GETAT (Traditional and Complementary Medicine) acquired at İzmir Bozyaka Training and Research Hospital, a Blood Banking and Transfusion Medicine Certificate from Istanbul Kanuni Sultan Süleyman Training and Research Hospital, and an Aesthetics and Cosmetic Procedures certificate granted by the Ministry of Health.
